Hotel Equities (HE) has opened the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Phoenix West/Avondale. The newly constructed hotel is owned by Virtua Avondale Hospitality LLC.

The hotel’s suites are 25% larger than traditional hotel rooms, according to HE. Each suite features a separate work and sitting area, work desk and custom-designed trundle sleeper sofa by West Elm.
The hotel’s lobby is designed with natural wood tones and brand-curated music, with lighting adjusted throughout the day to set the perfect ambiance. Outdoor spaces include a fire pit and a pool. The SpringHill Suites Market provides guests with premium snacks, beverages, curated wines and local craft beers, available anytime.
Nearby companies include Bechtel, Nestle and Amazon, while Desert Diamond Arena, Talking Stick Resort Amphitheater, State Farm Stadium and Phoenix Raceway are close.
To celebrate the opening, hotel management team is planning various events targeted at local accounts and meeting planners. These events are designed to integrate the hotel into the community and highlight partnerships with local organizations and businesses such as Discover Avondale, Southwest Valley Chamber and the Agua Fria Food Bank.
