Hotel ownership, management and development company Hotel Equities (HE) has been tapped to manage two Indianapolis hotels, the Fairfield Inn & Suites Indianapolis Airport and the Residence Inn Indianapolis Airport. The Fairfield Inn & Suites, owned by JJI Group Inc., and The Residence Inn, owned by JJI Hospitality Inc., are neighboring properties located just two miles from the Indianapolis International Airport.
Hotel Equities now operates 14 hotels in the state of Indiana and 12 airport hotels.

Fairfield Inn & Suites Indianapolis Airport amenities include a complimentary hot breakfast, an indoor swimming pool and a fitness center, and available suites that offer separate living and sleeping areas. Residence Inn Indianapolis Airport offers free upgraded WiFi, an outdoor patio and fire pit, a fitness center and an indoor pool. Additionally, hotel suites include 50% more space than a standard room, along with flat-screen TVs, fully equipped kitchens and a grocery shopping service.
These properties, which are located near downtown Indianapolis, are near Indianapolis Motor Speedway, Winding River Golf Course, the Indianapolis Zoo and Oliver Winery Wine Tasting and Tours.
