Kolter Hospitality names Taylor Gray VP, acquisitions

Kolter Hospitality has appointed Taylor Gray as VP, acquisitions. He joins the company’s senior leadership team to oversee its growth strategy, with a focus on executing acquisitions, new business development and capital market activities.

“Taylor brings a wealth of hospitality growth knowledge to our organization as we look to expand our portfolio,” said Scott Webb, president, Kolter Hospitality. “His business development acumen and expertise in acquisitions will be a major asset for us going forward.”

Gray brings more than 17 years of hotel operations and real estate transactions experience to his new role. He most recently served as VP, business development & projects for Mainsail Lodging & Development, where he was involved in over $300 million in transactions of select-service and lifestyle boutique hotels across the U.S. and Caribbean.

Before Mainsail, he was corporate director of business development at Hostmark Hospitality Group, hotel development manager at Hard Rock International and a senior associate with HVS. He began his career in hotel operations, holding management positions in food and beverage at the Hotel Bel-Air in Los Angeles and Raffles L’Ermitage in Beverly Hills, CA.
