Kolter Hospitality has unveiled the comprehensive transformation and redesign of the Hyatt Place Delray Beach in Delray Beach, FL. The hotel features 134 rooms and suites.
“We continuously reinvest in our properties to elevate the guest experience,” said Sara Martinez, SVP, commercial sales, Kolter Hospitality. “Our goal was to modernize the Hyatt Place Delray Beach with an elevated look. Steckroth Hospitality Group Inc. served as the project designer, infusing beach-inspired hues of sand and ocean wave tones as a tribute to Delray Beach. Feedback from our guests has been overwhelmingly positive.”
The revitalized Hyatt Place Delray Beach features residential-feel rooms combining elegance, comfort and innovation, according to the company. Enhancements include:
- Rooms and suites equipped with work centers, Hyatt plush beds, mini-fridges, coffee makers, swiveling 55-in. flat-screen TVs, bathrooms with quartz countertops and complimentary KenetMD amenities.
- The addition of a boardroom with floor-to-ceiling windows, giving the hotel a total of 2,156 sq. ft. of adaptable meeting and event space, AV technology, complimentary WiFi, and catering options.
- The Placery at the lobby bar, serving a complimentary breakfast in the morning and drinks and casual fare in the evenings. The bar features seasonal happy hour specials, live music and events to bring together hotel guests and residents.
- Upgraded fitness room equipment and outdoor pool furniture.
“We are extremely proud of these renovations, which resonate well with our many loyal, repeat leisure guests,” said Scott Webb, president, Kolter Hospitality. “Additionally, the hotel has experienced an increase in business travelers due to the growth of Delray Beach and Palm Beach County.”
