Hotel Equities (HE) has been selected as the management company for Hyatt Regency Atlanta Perimeter at Villa Christina. The 182-key property, located in Atlanta’s Perimeter Center district, is owned by Villa Christina LLC. The first Hyatt Regency hotel to join HE’s growing portfolio will be part of the company’s full-service and resort division.

The hotel offers a rooftop pool, three on-site dining options and flexible meeting and event spaces. Located in Dunwoody’s Perimeter Center, the property offers access to corporate headquarters, including Cox, Mercedes-Benz, Inspire Brands and ServiceMaster.
