Hotel owner, operator and developer Hotel Equities (HE) has promoted Dan Block to SVP, operations.
In this expanded role, Block oversees a multi-branded portfolio of hotels across the U.S., driving operational excellence and ensuring outstanding guest experiences. He reports directly to President of Hotel Operations Al Smith.
Joining HE in March 2022 through the Greenwood Hospitality partnership, he held the position of VP, operations, overseeing a collection of lifestyle and full-service hotels. “As we continue to grow our presence in the industry, it is imperative that we are equipped with talented leaders to drive our success,” said Aik Hong Tan, principal, Greenwood Hospitality.
