Hotel Equities (HE) has promoted Marissa Little to the position of talent manager and Michaelanne Colarelli to the role of marketing manager.
Little previously served as talent coordinator, where she fostered a positive and inclusive work environment while managing the various aspects of talent acquisition and development. In her new role, she is responsible for facilitating talent development and retention strategies across HE’s expanding portfolio of hotels.
Colarelli previously served as office and events coordinator. In her new position, she spearheads the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to further enhance HE’s brand presence. Her entry role with HE was assisting in launching a successful new brand within the company’s portfolio of restaurants/entertainment venues.
