The dual-branded AC Hotel and Residence Inn by Marriott Oakland Downtown, developed by Hawkins Way Capital and operated by FCL Management LLC, has opened in Northern California.
The dual-branded hotel with 18 floors was built from the ground up, and is close to the City Center, Uptown, Chinatown and Lake Merritt neighborhoods. It is also located near the Ronald V. Dellums Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse and the U.S. General Services Administration building.
The AC property’s rooms offer views of the San Francisco Bay or Downtown, and include 50-in. televisions, workspaces and mini-refrigerators. It also features brand signatures such as the AC Lounge and the AC Guest Market.
The Residence Inn’s studio and one-bedroom suites have fully equipped kitchens, 55-in. televisions and dining and workspace options. Guests have access to a 24-hour food and beverage market and on-site guest laundry.
The property also offers 981 sq. ft. of flexible meeting space, complimentary breakfast, a fitness center and complimentary WiFi.
