A new extended-stay hotel has opened in St. Charles County with the debut of WoodSpring Suites St. Peters–O’Fallon.
The property is operated by Aimbridge Hospitality and designed to serve travelers staying for several weeks or longer, including healthcare professionals, project-based workers and individuals relocating to the area.
“Our goal is to provide guests staying for weeks or months with the true comforts of home,” said Jeffre Williams, GM. “From full kitchens and everyday essentials to a thoughtfully designed, quiet environment, we’ve created a space where residents can settle in, maintain their routines and feel at ease; all with the flexibility today’s extended-stay travelers value.”
Each suite includes a full kitchen intended to support longer-term stays. The property also offers on-site laundry facilities with eight washers and eight dryers.
According to the company, the building incorporates flooring and wall construction designed to reduce noise and create a quieter environment for guests who may work nontraditional schedules.
Additional amenities include complimentary WiFi, on-site parking, pet-friendly accommodations, 24/7 guest laundry access and weekly housekeeping services.
The hotel is located near local employers, healthcare facilities, retail centers and restaurants in the greater St. Louis metropolitan area.
