Westin Denver Downtown debuts renovation

The Westin Denver Downtown recently completed a property-wide, multimillion-dollar renovation, resulting in a complete transformation of the guest experience.

Located in downtown Denver, the renovation includes refreshed guestrooms and a new lobby space with a green living wall and grand staircase, as well as a new meeting space with floor-to-ceiling windows. Throughout the design, by Parker Torres Design, natural elements and urban materials are incorporated to reflect the nearby Rocky Mountain landscape.

Upon entry, guests are welcomed with a green living wall, an example of the property’s commitment to sustainability which enhances the air quality of the building by reducing CO2 and PM2.5 by 21%. Also in the lobby, the new grand staircase offers access to meeting level floors above.

The property now offers 432 rooms and suites with the addition of two traditional guestrooms, all offering city or mountain views. In addition to new hardwood floors, the refreshed design emphasizes the Westin brand commitment to guest wellness with the debut of the Westin Heavenly 2.0 bed and neutral and blue hues. The luxury suites and patio rooms also feature sliding glass doors for access to large, private outdoor spaces.

Amenities include weekly runs guided by a local team member, a gear-lending program, the WestinWORKOUT Fitness Studio, V’s Lounge restaurant and  a heated rooftop pool

The hotel has also added 3,000 sq. ft. of lobby-level meeting space and its nearly 39,000 sq. ft. of meeting space features lighter shades of color throughout.
