Voyage Capital Group has closed on an acquisition and construction completion loan for the AC Hotel by Marriott at Denver Gateway Park
Peachtree Group originated the financing, which includes a strategic capital stack that combines senior debt with Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (CPACE) financing to support the development and completion of the hotel.
The project will feature a 146-key, seven-story, approximately 75,000-sq.-ft. Hotel. Construction is underway, with the property expected to open in late 2026. Accurate Builders has been selected as the general contractor for the project.
