Valor Hospitality Partners has launched in Mississippi through a strategic partnership with Bellamare Development, assuming the management of eight hotels comprising 685 rooms across the state.
The partnership confirms Valor Hospitality as the preferred operating partner for Bellamare Development’s full-service and lifestyle hospitality projects across the Americas. For both acquired and new developments, Valor will provide fully integrated management and operations solutions for the developer’s growing real estate portfolio.
The eight Mississippi hotels represent the first phase of the partnership and strengthen Valor’s growing presence across the Americas. The company will work alongside Bellamare to enhance hotel performance, strengthen the guest experience and build long-term value across the portfolio.
