Valor Hospitality Partners has promoted Paul Nisbett as its new global CFO.
The promotion will see Nisbett work alongside Valor’s global senior leadership team as it expands its portfolio. He steps into the global role after serving as CFO for the company’s EMEA region, where he has overseen finance and administrative operations across Europe, the Middle East and Africa since joining the company in September 2015.
During his tenure, he has played a central role in strengthening financial governance, supporting strategic acquisitions and building scalable infrastructure to support Valor’s growth, according to the company.
Early in his career, Nisbett held positions at the Castle Hotel Windsor and The Imperial Hotel in Torquay, going on to hold senior finance positions with several brands over the past 30 years. These include Forte, Hilton, Le Méridien Hotels, Principal Hayley and The Hotel Collection. As CFO of The Hotel Collection, he played a role in transitioning the group to the Puma Hotels Collection, helping position it as a leading provincial hotel company in the U.K.
