Hampton Inn & Suites Phoenix Chandler-Fashion Center and Homewood Suites by Hilton Phoenix Chandler Fashion Center have completed full-scale, property-wide renovations.
The renovations include the modernization of all guestrooms, suites, meeting spaces and common areas, including the fitness centers, public spaces and exterior areas.
Both hotels have higher-quality public space seating, as well as welcoming décor with modern and sophisticated color palettes. All guestrooms and suites received a full upgrade, including improved layouts, updated furniture, new lighting, wall coverings, carpeting, plush bedding and more. Additional renovation highlights include fresh exterior paint, updated pavement, a new roof, landscaping and improved lighting.
In addition to the renovation, every updated suite at Homewood Suites by Hilton Phoenix Chandler Fashion Center includes a furnished, full-size kitchen, work desk and living area.
Each renovated guestroom at Hampton Inn & Suites Phoenix Chandler-Fashion Center has a work desk, mini fridge, microwave and seating area.
Both renovations were completed by Georgia-based hospitality renovation company, The John Hardy Group. The two Hilton hotels are owned by Colony Capital and managed by Aimbridge Hospitality.
