Architecture and design firm //3877 has welcomed three new hires to its growing team of professionals: Architect Stefanie Bingeman, Senior Designer Christine Strayer and Office Administrator Wendy Christmas. Bringing a wealth of experience across a diverse portfolio of organizations and projects, Bingeman, Strayer and Christmas will strengthen //3877’s breadth of evolving knowledge and capabilities, according to the firm.

Christine Strayer

With expertise in large-scale architecture, heavy timber, exterior design and building coordination, Bingeman (featured image) will primarily focus on hospitality and residential markets at //3877, leveraging her previous experience to view these projects through a new lens. Serving as both an architect and project manager, her day-to-day responsibilities encompass design, documentation and project execution. With her palpable passion for design and eagerness to collaborate, Bingeman exemplifies the ambitious and energetic talent that //3877 is committed to building through the firm’s work.

Strayer grew up in the design industry, inspiring her to pursue a range of experiences in the field across both architecture, interior design and marketing. She has worked on projects from start to finish through all phases of design and construction, including schematic design, material presentations, design development, construction documentation, FF&E and construction administration. Leveraging her varied experience, Strayer will support both the architecture and interior design sides of the process, enhancing the existing collaboration across teams at //3877.

Wendy Christmas

Utilizing more than 30 years of experience in financial, administrative, project management and client services, Christmas brings an extensive skill set to her new role. As office administrator, she will provide accounting, human resources, project, team and administrative support to the firm through a creative lens. Christmas possesses a broadened awareness of various arenas in business, different organization’s operations and the importance of teamwork that will contribute to her success at the firm. Outside of the office, Christmas is active in the community; a few roles consist of serving on the Patient and Family Advisory Council for the UM Capital Region Medical Center, a member of the Advisory Committee at the Bishop Walker School for Boys and the Administrative/Operations Officer for the PG Thunder Basketball Organization.
