Hotel management firm Stonebridge Companies LLC has appointed Lee Palaschak as EVP, operations. In his new role, he will oversee all aspects of Stonebridge’s operations and report directly to Rob Smith, CEO/president. As part of his responsibilities, Palaschak will also open a new company office in Dallas.

Palaschak brings 35 years of experience to Stonebridge. Prior to his new role, he served as SVP at Remington Hospitality, where he was responsible for managing the operations of a diverse portfolio, including full-service and select-service brands and luxury and lifestyle properties. He also held senior-level positions at hospitality organizations including Aimbridge Hospitality, Winegardner & Hammons and Commonwealth Hotels.

In addition to his operations experience, Palaschak has been an active contributor to the hospitality industry, serving on advisory boards for major hotel brands and local convention & visitor bureaus. He is also involved in charitable efforts such as annual events with the Salvation Army, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and S.M. Wright in the Dallas area.
