Serac Capital Partners, in partnership with WalshDupart, has developed and opened the dual-branded SpringHill Suites by Marriott Steamboat Springs and TownePlace Suites by Marriott Steamboat Springs in Steamboat Springs, CO.
Midas Hospitality serves as the management company for the property, marking its first venture in the Rocky Mountains.
The 180-suite property is set against the backdrop of the Yampa Valley. The SpringHill Suites includes complimentary breakfast, while the TownPlace Suites offers apartment‑style accommodations, in‑suite kitchens and flexible living spaces.

Uniting both hotels is The Crawford Lounge, a custom-designed bar serving as a gathering place for guests and locals alike. Named after the Crawford family, who founded Steamboat Springs in 1900, The Crawford Lounge features a fireplace, billiards and a curated selection of local bites and craft cocktails.
