COLUMBUS, OH—Rockbridge has acquired the Embassy Suites by Hilton Boston Marlborough in the Boston suburb of Marlborough, MA, near the region’s high-tech corridor. The 229-room, all-suites hotel is located off of I-495 and will remain a full-service Embassy Suites by Hilton-branded property.
A comprehensive renovation is scheduled to begin in the second quarter of this year, touching nearly every aspect of the hotel—public spaces, guestrooms and bathrooms, fitness area, and hotel exterior, among other areas.
Pyramid Hotel Group will operate the hotel and lead the collaborative renovation effort along with Rockbridge-affiliated hotel development company, RB Hotel Development.
