Third-party management company Resolute Road Hospitality has appointed Tony Cruz as SVP, operations. Cruz, a seasoned hotel professional, will oversee all aspects of hotel operations within the company’s portfolio.
In his most recent role as COO at Hawkeye Hotels, Cruz oversaw a wide range of responsibilities across multiple departments. His leadership was instrumental in the operation of a portfolio of more than 60 full-service and select-service hotels, along with managing eight restaurants across the country. Prior to his role at Hawkeye, he held positions as SVP. operations; VP, operations; regional director, operations; and GM at several hospitality organizations.
