Resolute Road expands leadership team

Boise, ID-based management company Resolute Road Hospitality has expanded its leadership team with the additions of Sergio Cardenas as corporate director of sales and revenue management and Amanda Schaus as chief legal officer. The company has also promoted Evan Danziger to director of operations and Eric Rock to regional manager.

Cardenas will manage all aspects of corporate sales and revenue management, while Schaus will oversee all aspects of legal affairs for the entire corporation.

Danziger will oversee all aspects of hotel operations and support the Resolute Road Hospitality general and regional managers, while Rock will support the hotel’s general managers by communicating the goals and expectations that embody the Resolute Road promise, according to the company.

Cardenas joins the team with more than 32 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Throughout his career, he has delivered premium market share indexes and higher-than-expected returns for every property or portfolio under his care. He previously served as VP, business development at Sydcam Hospitality Group.

Schaus joins the team with 25 years of real estate development, transaction and contract legal experience. She previously worked at Boise-based Elam & Burke.

Danziger joined the team in August 2021 as a regional manager. He has extensive institutional hotel management experience and has won numerous awards for leadership. Danziger is known for his ability to bring a team together around a common goal. His ability to cultivate talent, improve operating procedures and manage through challenges are key skills that he will bring to his new role, according to the company.

Rock joined the team in January with more than 32 years of experience in the hospitality industry. During his extensive career, he served as general manager for multiple hotels, earning numerous awards for performance and guest satisfaction. He will temporarily maintain his responsibilities as general manager of the DoubleTree in Bend, OR.
