Resolute Road Hospitality has added Noall T. Silvester as regional VP, operations.
Silvester is responsible for overseeing hotels within the company’s portfolio in Utah, Texas, Arizona and Nevada. His primary focus will be supporting on-property teams as they implement strategies to drive GOP, strengthen owner service, maintain a high level of guest satisfaction and optimize operational leadership. He will collaborate closely with Tony Cruz, the recently appointed SVP, operations, as they collectively work towards improving processes and implementing new strategies.
In his most recent position as regional VP, operations at Aimbridge Hospitality, Silvester demonstrated his leadership skills by driving the performance of a diverse portfolio comprising 20 major-brand hotels, according to the company. He was responsible for more than 1,650 guestrooms.
