Third-party management company Resolute Road Hospitality has appointed Andrea Pace-Mickley as senior corporate revenue manager. In her new role, she will lead the company’s revenue and commercial strategy, overseeing all revenue management, pricing, analytics, forecasting and channel distribution initiatives.
Together with industry veteran Sergio Cardenas, who joined the Resolute Road team earlier this year as the corporate director, sales and revenue management, Pace-Mickely will set the top-line strategy for the growing portfolio of managed hotels.
She joins the team with 25 years of revenue management experience in the hospitality industry. Her prior positions include regional and corporate positions overseeing portfolios with hotels under the Marriott, Hilton, La Quinta and WoodSpring Suites brands, as well as numerous independent hotels and economy extended-stay hotels. Her expertise in pricing and optimizing the sales mix for every product type and brand has consistently allowed her to surpass benchmarks and achieve exceptional revenues and market share results, according to the company.
