Hotel management company Remington Hospitality has promoted Jason Reader to COO and Jale Hashimi to SVP, operations.
As COO, Reader reports directly to CEO Sloan Dean and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, engineering and food & beverage. Reader succeeds Stan Kennedy, who will transition into the role of managing director until his retirement on April 5.
In her new role, Hashimi is responsible for elevating and ensuring operational success for Remington’s lifestyle portfolio.
The company has also revealed that Loretta Macke, SVP, sales & marketing, is retiring in April after a 36-year career in the hospitality industry, serving 30 of those years at the company.
