Red Roof opens three hotels

Red Roof hotels have opened in Washington, NC; Belleville, MI; and Richland, MS.

Red Roof Inn Washington, NC, has made its debut following an approximately $375,000 renovation. The 56-room hotel offers free WiFi, a free expanded cable package, a pool, a fitness center, free coffee in the lobby, a snack center and free continental breakfast.

Owned by VRCK LLC, renovations included updating the guest bathrooms and the breakfast area; new furniture and bedding in the guestrooms, a new pool; new lobby furniture; and new landscaping.

The hotel is close to the Washington Civic Center, the Belle of Washington, Goose Creek State Park, the Turnage Theater, the Washington Waterfront Underground Railroad Museum and the Washington Waterfront Docks.

For the Red Roof PLUS+ Belleville, owner BIN Hotel Group LLC spent nearly $1 million on the renovation of the property, which included updating guestroom bathrooms and adding new bedding, new furniture in guestrooms, new interior and exterior lighting, new landscaping and new interior and exterior paint.

The 62-room property offers free WiFi, a free expanded cable package, a snack center, free coffee in the lobby and laundry facilities. It is close to the Yankee Air Museum, Horizon Park, the Wayne Historical Museum, Westland Historic Village Park and the Henry Ford Museum of American Innovation.

The 36-room Red Roof Inn & Suites Richland offers free WiFi, a seasonal outdoor pool, a free expanded cable package, free coffee in the lobby, a snack center and laundry facilities, as well as a microwave and mini refrigerator in every room.

The hotel is close to historic downtown Jackson, the Jackson Convention Complex, Jackson State University, the Mississippi Children’s Museum and the Mississippi State Fairgrounds.
