The SPOT X – Tampa Bay, part of Red Roof’s The Red Collection, has officially opened in Wesley Chapel, FL.
Developed to deliver an upper-midscale experience, the property, which has 77 rooms, offers a free expanded cable package, a pool, free coffee in the lobby, a snack center, Verified WiFi, guest laundry and free continental breakfast. Guestrooms offer a microwave and a mini refrigerator.
Owned by QDI USA Developments LLC, the hotel is close to Fred Howard Beach, Busch Gardens Tampa Bay, Pinedale Park, the Museum of Science and Industry and the Grove at Wesley Chapel. Tampa International Airport (TPA) is a short drive away.
The hotel is slated to start a nearly $1.2-million renovation in December.
