PMI has opened a new Las Vegas office, located at 9205 Russel Rd., in Las Vegas, according to Cynthia Milow, EVP/COO.
The expansion is in response to the growing number of luxury hospitality, gaming and entertainment projects in the company’s Nevada portfolio. PMI landmark properties in Las Vegas include but are not limited to, CIRCA, Bellagio, City Center, Tropicana, Mirage, Treasure Island, Stations Red Rock, Caesars Palace, Trump Las Vegas Hotel, Flamingo and The Smith Center for Performing Arts.
“The office is overseen by industry veteran, Laura Herzog, VP, who joined the firm last year. Laura’s executive positions in purchasing and project management, much of which have been on behalf of iconic Las Vegas properties, is well respected throughout the industry,” said Milow.
