Hotel management company PM Hotel Group has been selected to assume management of the Aloft Katy Mills. The property is located in the Katy Boardwalk District outside of Houston.

Located two miles from the Merrell Center, a venue for trade shows and sporting events, the hotel is close to Katy Mills Mall, Typhoon Texas and the La Centerra outdoor shopping center. The property has 104 rooms and amenities including a 24-hour fitness center, an outdoor pool, three dining options and more than 6,000 sq. ft. of event space across seven venues.
The addition of Aloft Katy Mills to PM Hotel Group’s growing Texas portfolio follows the company’s recent management takeover of the Holiday Inn Dallas Market Center. Over the past year, PM Hotel Group has diversified and expanded its hotel portfolio in Austin, Dallas and Houston.
