PM Hotel Group has been selected by Dalwadi Hospitality Management to manage four hotels in Houston. This partnership between the two firms will allow Dalwadi Hospitality Management to focus more on new hotel development and other business ventures. PM Hotel Group will manage its core brands and assist Dalwadi with its growth plans.
The four hotels are:
- Hotel Ylem Medical Center
- Fairfield Inn & Suites Houston Katy
- Holiday Inn Express & Suites North IAH
- MainStay Suites Medical Center / NRG Park
“The properties represent select-service and extended-stay verticals within the Marriott Hotels and Resorts, IHG Hotels & Resorts and Choice Hotels International families of brands,” said Joseph Bojanowski, president, PM Hotel Group. “It is an exciting opportunity for us to build on the portfolio’s success with our deep expertise and expand our management presence in the south-central U.S. With the addition of these four properties, PM now manages seven hotels within Texas, including the Courtyard Addison, Sheraton at DFW Airport and a Curio under construction in Austin.”
