Peachtree names Jenelle Zadik VP, people and culture

Peachtree Group has appointed Jenelle Zadik as VP, people and culture for Peachtree Hospitality Management (PHM). Zadik will be responsible for PHM’s human capital efforts, including talent acquisition, total rewards, workforce planning, development, retention and advancing the organization’s commitment to inclusion and diversity initiatives. She will report to Melissa Ross Smith, Peachtree’s COO.

Before joining Peachtree, Zadik, while accompanying her family on a diplomatic assignment, was the head of the community liaison office for the U.S. Consulate General in Nigeria. This opportunity allowed her to work directly with executive leadership in supporting the community on wide-ranging issues, including employment, education, communication and community morale.

Prior experiences include human resources, learning & development and operations leadership positions. She has led teams across a wide range of brands, such as Studio Movie Grill, Integrity Brands, Ignite Restaurant Group and Outback Steakhouse. Additionally, she has supported organizations as a consultant, providing C-suite, fractional support over several years.

Zadik has served on advisory boards, shared her industry insights through public speaking engagements and produced relevant content for industry publications. She has been active in organizations such as the Council of Hotel and Restaurant Trainers (CHART), Association for Talent Development (ATD) and the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility (DEIA) Council. She has also participated in programs such as Feeding Freedom and community advocacy organizations including Autism Speaks, Habitat for Humanity, Race for the Cure, No Kid Hungry and Community in Schools mentoring.
