Assa Abloy Upgrades Door Locks at Hilton Surfers Paradise
Assa Abloy Global Solutions has upgraded the room access abilities of Hilton Surfers Paradise Hotel & Residences in Australia with VingCard Signature RFID door locks equipped with Mobile Access. The 178-guestroom property can now ensure the safety of guests using advanced encryption technology while providing them with the convenience of contactless check-in and digital key room access. With its ability to integrate with the latest in IoT-based technology, VingCard Signature RFID also provides the hotel with opportunities to maximize guestroom comfort while reducing energy costs.

Existing VingCard locks at the property were able to be upgraded to the latest version of Signature RFID electronic locks to provide additional features and operational advantages. Upgrading to the latest version provides the hotel with a wide range of security advantages, including eliminating the risk of unauthorized keycard cloning.

Coakley & Williams Chooses Hotel Investor Apps Software
Hotel Investor Apps (HIA), the provider of the only hotel-specific enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform and state-of-the-art, next generation accounting software,revealed that Coakley & Williams Hotel Management Company (C&W) has converted to its new platform to reduce hotel expenses and gain greater flexibility for its owners and property level management.
