Clay County officials and project partners joined Paradigm Development Partners LLC to celebrate the official groundbreaking of TownePlace Suites by Marriott Middleburg in Middleburg, FL. The 124-room, extended-stay hotel will be located within the Clay Town Center, a new mixed-use development featuring professional offices, restaurants and retail space.

Anticipated to open in early 2025, the five-floor hotel will feature 124 guestrooms and suites with full kitchens. Amenities will include a fitness center, an outdoor pool and deck, complimentary daily hot breakfast and a market.
Owners Paradigm Development Partners LLC are developing the hotel, with HC Architecture serving as the architect and Kellogg & Kimsey serving as the project’s general contractor. The hotel’s interior design will be handled by IIG Design, with McKibbon Hospitality charged with operating the hotel and establishing the property’s leadership team upon opening.
