McKibbon Hospitality has appointed Mike Dickey as SVP, HR.
Bringing more than 35 years of experience to his new role, he is responsible for leading employee attraction, selection and retention for the company and its 100-plus managed properties, overseeing the recruitment, payroll, benefits and learning & development departments.

Throughout his career, Dickey has led talent acquisition, learning and development, and benefits administration for large-scale companies in the hospitality and waste management space. He most recently served as VP, HR, Aimbridge Hospitality, where he supported more than 1,100 above-property support and on-property team members, preceded by his time as VP, HR for Leadpoint Business Services, a manufacturing and waste/recycling workforce solutions company. In addition to supporting 35 locations and 2,200 total associates in this role, he spearheaded a new web-based performance management system, background screening process and developed and implemented a new Learning Management System, increasing staff effectiveness and retention.
In addition to these roles, Dickey also served as area director, HR for Republic Services, Inc. and regional director, HR for Pyramid Hotel Group, with on-property HR roles at Loews Lake Las Vegas Resort & Spa, Hyatt Regency Lake Las Vegas Resort, Spa & Casino, as well as other Hyatt properties throughout the U.S.
