Mumford Company, a full-service hospitality brokerage advisory firm, has completed the sale of the Tru by Hilton Rockwall Dallas in Rockwall, TX.

The 98-room Tru by Hilton Rockwall Dallas is near Lake Ray Hubbard and the Harbor District, as well as the Buffalo Creek Golf Club, Rockwall Indoor Sports Expo and Texas Presbyterian Hospital. The property was built in 2020 and features a fitness center, business center, free hot breakfast and a heated outdoor pool with patio seating.
“The purchasers were affiliates of an Alabama-based developer with multiple holdings in the Sun Belt states,” said Steve Kirby, managing principal, Mumford Company. “This was our fifth sale to the group. Repeat business is the best business.”
