Hotel management company PM Hotel Group’s luxury and lifestyle division, Modus Hotels by PM Hotel Group, has been selected to manage Waymore’s Guest House & Casual Club in Nashville, a 93-room neighborhood-centric lifestyle hotel with flexible room offerings, community spaces and a “creative spirit inspired by the outlaw movement in country music.”

Waymore’s Guest House & Casual Club offers 93 pet-friendly guestrooms, suites and bungalows, with diverse arrangements that accommodate groups of different sizes and meet a range of travelers’ needs, according to the company. In addition to an all-day café in the lobby and indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, the hotel is set to introduce new offerings including a rooftop bar with panoramic views of the Nashville skyline, followed by The Casual Club—a 4,000-sq.-ft. creative space designed for music, meetings and community engagement.
