Kolter acquires two South Florida Hyatt hotels

Kolter Hospitality has acquired Hyatt House Fort Lauderdale Airport & Cruise Port and Hyatt Place Fort Lauderdale Airport & Cruise Port located in Dania Beach, FL. The adjacent hotels are located in the Dania Pointe district just off I-95.

The deal with Blackstone will bring a total of 292 rooms to Kolter Hospitality’s growing portfolio.

This will be Kolter Hospitality’s 10th hotel collaboration with Hyatt—all in Florida—which includes Hyatt Place properties in Delray Beach, Boca Raton, St. Petersburg, Coconut Point and West Palm Beach. Other hotels include Hyatt Centric Las Olas Fort Lauderdale and Hyatt Regency Sarasota.
