JW Marriott Las Vegas and Rampart Casino has rebranded as The Resort at Summerlin, effective Jan. 1, 2026. The property is currently undergoing a $75 million, multi-year renovation.
The extensive renovation reflects a renewed focus on mindful luxury well-being, and elevated guest experience, while honoring the property’s longstanding legacy among Las Vegas locals and visitors alike, according to the owners. The transformation blends the resort’s Mediterranean architecture with modern design elements, creating a contemporary aesthetic defined by grand archways, expansive open spaces and abundant natural light.
“Over the past 18 months, we’ve completed a significant renovation designed to revitalize and refresh the property while elevating the overall guest experience,” said Michelle McHugh, VP/GM, The Resort at Summerlin. “This transformation represents a strategic investment in the future of the resort, continuing its evolution as a premier luxury destination in Las Vegas and strengthening its role as a welcoming hub for both the Summerlin community and visitors alike.”
