Jeff Lenz named NCG Hospitality CEO

NCG Hospitality has appointed Jeff Lenz CEO. He previously served as the company’s president/chief assets officer.

Lenz began his full-time career at NCG Hospitality in 1999 as director of development after several years in the mortgage banking industry.  Primarily involved in new development, asset management and growth, he continued to rise through many major leadership roles in the company, including VP, development and chief development officer. During his 20-plus years at the company, he has been principally involved in the development, purchase, management and disposition of more than 60 hospitality projects representing more than $750 million in asset value.

Lenz currently serves as a board member of the Greater Madison Chamber of Commerce and a member of Hilton Hotels’ Product Advisory Council. He is also very active in real estate and the local community as a member of the Urban Land Institute and the University of Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association, in addition to being a Key Club Member of the United Way of Dane County.
