NCG Hospitality has sold the Fairfield Inn & Suites Madison West/Middleton to Radhe Hotels Middleton LLC and Sun Development & Management Corporation.
The hotel, built in 1996, was the longest-operating property in NCG Hospitality’s portfolio. It is near Alliant Energy Center, the dining district and within walking distance of Greenway Station. It is a 15-minute drive to downtown Madison.
The property also offers complimentary WiFi, free breakfast, an indoor pool and fitness center.
