Introducing the Owners Forum

The hotel industry has always been built on resilience. But in today’s environment, resilience alone is no longer enough. Owners are navigating rising operating costs, evolving guest expectations, staffing pressures, financing uncertainty, technology disruption and an increasingly competitive marketplace—all at once.
