Hunter Hotel Advisors has arranged the sale of the Hampton Inn Boston/Peabody and Homewood Suites by Hilton Boston-Peabody to Giri Bar Harbor Kebo Inc. and Giri Peabody 57 LLC, respectively. Hunter SVPs Spencer Davidson and Sophia Pittaluga represented the institutional seller.
Offering a combined total of 205 keys, the two adjacent properties are positioned along US-1 near the intersection of US-1 and I-95. The hotels are located less than 10 miles from Salem, MA, and 13 miles south of Boston. Nearby demand generators include the global headquarters of Analogic Corporation, Neurological, Lahey Medical, North Shore Medical and Boston Children’s Hospital Peabody.
