Hunter Hotel Advisors facilitated the sale of the 88-room Hampton Inn Melbourne-Viera in Melbourne, FL.
An institutional seller sold the property to a Florida investor. The asset will be managed by Lincoln Hospitality Management. The transaction was brokered by Spencer Davidson and Sophia Pittaluga, Hunter Hotel Advisors SVPs. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Sitting in Florida’s Space Coast, the property is close to Patrick Space Force Base, NASA’s Kennedy Space Center and Cape Canaveral Space Force Station. Nearby corporations include SpaceX, L3Harris Technologies, Northrop Grumman and Embraer SA. Nearby attractions include the USSSA Space Coast Complex and Viera Regional Park.
