Hunter Hotel Advisors adds Adeel Amin

Hunter Hotel Advisors has expanded its newly established capital markets team with the appointment of Adeel Amin as SVP.

In his new role, Amin plays a role in all aspects of debt and equity placement for the firm’s listings, including underwriting and sourcing banking relationships for sponsors and GP/LP equity raises.

Before joining the company, Amin served as managing director at Paramount Capital Advisors, where he spearheaded a nine-figure debt advisory business for hotel owners. Prior to his tenure at Paramount Capital Advisors, he held the position of VP, originations at Abco Capital Partners, a New York-based private lender. During his time there, he originated more than $1 billion in projects requiring ground-up construction, bridge and preferred/mezzanine financing. He played a key role in securing government-backed financing for projects such as The Four Seasons Island Resort in Pembine, WI, and the Pine Mountain Resort for a local real estate investment firm.
