Hilton unveils new team member global mental well-being learning resources

Building on its caregiving initiative launch, Care for All, Hilton has released new mental well-being resources designed to support its global population of 450,000 team members and further destigmatize mental well-being in the workplace.

As part of its Thrive at Hilton platform, the initiative will support team members across its franchised and managed properties as they care for themselves, their teams and their loved ones.

The new resources aim to make it easier than ever for Hilton team members to find effective, flexible and accessible tools that support their mental well-being while encouraging continued conversations around topics such as burnout, time management, financial well-being, stress management, grief and loss, among others. This latest expansion marks the first time resources are available to franchise populations, available globally in nine languages. The design is also intentionally multi-modal, meaning team members can access immediate help when they need it, or access resources over a longer period of time to build well-being and coping skills for the long term.

Over the course of the next year, Hilton team members around the world will be provided with a suite of resources including:

  • Always-on resources like tips, articles and full-length informational videos available in partnership with LinkedIn Learning and translated into multiple languages.
  • A series of monthly live webinars on subjects such as resilience, burnout, parenting, sleep and rest, among others.
  • Leadership toolkits including videos and tip sheets addressing the unique challenges managers face in supporting their team’s mental well-being.

In collaboration with well-being partners like Thrive, Spring Health, ComPsych and BetterUp, this content will be hosted on Hilton’s Care for All platform, organized around the key pillars of “Care for Self,” “Care for Teams” and “Care for Loved Ones.”
