Highgate has been selected by Continental Assets Management to manage Hilton Garden Inn Kauai Wailua Bay. This marks the company’s first property on Kauai and its 12th property in Hawaii.

Located across 10 acres next to Wailua River and Lydgate Beach Park, the beachfront hotel is near Wailua Falls, Kapaa town and Lihue Airport. Amenities include two pools, two restaurants and a poolside bar, 7,400 sq. ft. of event space, a business center, a gym, complimentary self-parking, bike rentals and laundry services.
Accommodations include an assortment of guest rooms, suites and cottages. Each of the 216 rooms feature an ocean, mountain or garden view, plus coffee and tea brewers, a large work desk, flat-screen HDTV, microwave and refrigerator.
