Hunter Hotel Advisors has brokered the sale of the 107-room Hampton Inn Naples Central in Naples, FL. Memphis-based Cooper Hotels acquired the property from Highgate in a transaction brokered by Robert Taylor, EVP, and Sophia Pittaluga, SVP, out of Hunter’s Miami office.
Built in 1990 and renovated in 2023, the Hampton Inn Naples Central is a recently modernized, institutional-quality hotel that underwent $4.1 million in capital improvements, including comprehensive guestroom and public space renovations, upgraded WiFi, new televisions and refreshed FF&E. The property features an outdoor pool, fitness center and 625 sq. ft. of meeting space.
This marks Cooper’s second hotel in Naples, joining the Hilton Naples—two miles north of the Hampton Inn property—and its seventh hotel in Florida.

Recognized as one of Florida’s premier lodging investment submarkets, Naples combines exceptional leisure demand with high barriers to entry, offering a distinctive opportunity in a supply-constrained market, according to the company.
