First Hospitality, a national hotel operations and development company, has assumed management and operations of the Lively Hotel in Oklahoma City, which is expected to open in summer 2024.
The 132-key boutique hotel will join OAK, a 20-acre mixed-use development district of restaurants, bars and retail shops in the heart of Oklahoma City. In addition to 13,500 sq. ft. of retail space, the property also features a bar and restaurant as well as a 2,400 sq. ft. outdoor bar and pool area on the second floor, a fitness center and more than 2,600 sq. ft. of meeting spaces.
The hotel will serve as the first Oklahoma property for First Hospitality, the first Tapestry Collection by Hilton in the state and the 30th Hilton property managed by the company.

OAK is an entertainment destination that will feature 250,000 sq. ft. of retail space, 12 bars and restaurants, 320 luxury residential units and more.
