First Hospitality has expanded its global sales office and will now be led by new Managing Director-Global Sales Lance Hornecker.
“As we continue to grow and evolve, expanding our commercial strategy team to evolve our global sales office was a critical next step,” said Jenna Fishel, chief commercial officer, First Hospitality. “This team strengthens our ability to drive top-line revenue for owners while delivering the sophisticated, full-cycle execution our clients and partners expect.”
With more than 25 years of sales experience in the lifestyle and brand space, Hornecker will lead global sales efforts across the First Hospitality portfolio alongside a team that includes Amanda Stredney, market director of travel industry sales, and Kate Westover, area leisure and business travel sales manager.
Designed to support group, corporate, meetings and events, leisure, and travel industry demand, the global sales team will provide streamlined, personalized sales support, consistent communication and tailored event solutions. Services will extend across the company’s portfolio of hotels, including leading brands, full-service and lifestyle hotels, independent properties, and premium select offerings.
“The continued expansion of our sales department represents a meaningful step forward in how we support our portfolio,” said Chuck Moses, VP, sales, First Hospitality. “By strengthening our global sales capabilities, we’re deepening relationships, simplifying multi-property sourcing for clients and creating new demand opportunities that drive both revenue growth and operating performance.”
