ESa names principal

Chattanooga, TN native Lee Davis, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP BD+C, has been named a principal by Nashville architecture firm, ESa.

Having joined ESa in 2004, Davis orchestrates design concepts and initiatives for predominantly multi-family, corporate and hospitality projects. He is heavily involved in the development and construction phases of a project, as well the programming and schematic design, and the development of construction documents.

Davis is a graduate of the McCallie School (’99) and serves on the Nashville Alumni Council as vice chair. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville and is a member of the American Institute of Architects (National, State and Middle Tennessee chapters). Davis also served on the boards of AIA Tennessee, which presented him with the Presidential Award of Excellence, and AIA Middle Tennessee where he was chapter president.

The role of principal became effective Sept. 1, 2023.
