Duetto, Meliá Hotels to co-create resort functionality

Duetto has formed a strategic codevelopment partnership with Meliá Hotels International to build resort-specific capabilities into Duetto’s Revenue & Profit Operating System (RP-OS) to transform how resorts manage commercial strategy.

The capabilities will be purpose-built to capture the full range of opportunities of resort operations. They will be delivered through a multi-year partnership that combines Meliá’s operational insight with Duetto’s experience working with leading resort operators.

The announcement also coincides with a three-year contract extension from Meliá—the fifth time the global hotel group has recommitted to Duetto’s platform, which supports 250+ Meliá properties.

The partnership’s first development focuses on elevating one of the industry’s most valuable areas: wholesale distribution and packaged travel channels. While this segment contributes significantly to resort revenue, it has traditionally relied on manual processes, static contracts and limited tools for measuring campaigns, according to the companies.

The Tour Operator Module brings automation, actionable insights and advanced simulation capabilities into a fully integrated RP-OS environment. With enhanced visibility and intelligent controls, resort teams can now manage pricing, promotions and inventory strategy with confidence, while gaining a clearer, data-driven understanding of how wholesale partners contribute to overall hotel performance.
