Several tech companies introduced new products at HITEC 2025 in Indianapolis. From tools to improve the guest experience to platforms that help hoteliers make money, here are some of them.
WorldVue unveils WorldVue Compass
WorldVue has introduced WorldVue Compass, a next-generation platform designed to transform the mobile guest experience through intelligent personalization, seamless integration and operational efficiency.
WorldVue Compass is the latest feature of WorldVue’s Entertainment HUB, the in-room entertainment solution that delivers a fully branded, customizable experience without the need for rewiring. Now, with Compass, WorldVue is expanding with a unified platform that integrates with IoT ecosystems to enable personalized room control. Guests can intuitively manage lighting, climate and entertainment settings based on their preferences—all from their mobile device or in-room interface.
Duetto releases Revenue & Profit Operating System
Duetto has launched The Revenue & Profit Operating System (RP-OS), the first platform designed to bring together all revenue and profit tools in one place.
Powered by automation, advanced algorithms, artificial intelligence (AI) and both hotel booking and third-party data, the new platform brings together every part of hotel revenue and operations—pricing, forecasting, reporting, group optimization, loyalty and profit insight—under one roof.
This means hotels are unifying every revenue stream, not only rooms. It means optimizing across transient, group and events, and connecting F&B, meeting and ancillary services into one single revenue strategy.

HCN introduces AI Concierge
Hotel Communication Network (HCN) has revealed a new AI-powered in-room tablet featuring AiMe, an AI Concierge.
AiMe (pronounced Amy) uses natural language processing and translation capabilities to respond to guests’ unstructured requests and create actionable tasks that can be relayed from the HCN Navigator 2.0 tablet to staff.
“Rather than sending a text message blindly through the hotel app, a guest needing clean washcloths can now walk over to the in-room tablet and simply ask AiMe for whatever he or she wants in whatever language they prefer,” said Neil Schubert, chief product officer, HCN

Nomadix expands gateway series with EG 5K
Nomadix Inc. has added to its suite of internet gateways with the EG 5K. This new gateway delivers secure and reliable WiFi to properties where many users share the same guest, visitor or resident network.
Targeted at the midsize segment, the new rack-mountable EG 5K includes 4 x 2.5 Gbps RJ45 Ethernet ports, configurable for either WAN or LAN connectivity; support for up to 5 Gbps of internet bandwidth; support for up to 5,000 simultaneously connected devices; and increased energy efficiency while offering higher performance.
Leveraging the same software as the rest of the EG gateways range, the EG 5K does not require new technical training and simplifies brand approval. This also means it is manageable from the cloud and packs the same features and functionalities, including optional modules: high availability, load balancing, native firewall, portals, PMS integration, Passpoint, EMS, cloud telephony and more.
Agilysys launches Agilysys Book with S.P.E.N.D.
Agilysys Inc. has unveiled Agilysys Book with S.P.E.N.D. (Stay Package Entitlement New Dynamic), which increases ancillary revenue and guest personalization by simplifying how hotels sell and fulfill packages.
Agilysys Book with S.P.E.N.D. enables guests to reserve all entitlements in a package—from spa and golf to dining and activities and tours—in a single, guided online experience without requiring calls, emails or manual coordination with a property’s staff.
Among the hey benefits for hoteliers are the increase of ancillary revenue when guests accept real-time upsell offers during booking; heightened guest personalization and convenience, as guests booking packages can select entitlements and itineraries for each guest in the booking during one online session and receive consolidated itineraries reflecting all reservations for each guest; and improved guest satisfaction through curated selection views and prompts that ensure guests reserve all due entitlements without inadvertently selecting items outside the package that incur additional costs.
Relay introduces RelayM
Relay has launched the RelayM frontline communication device, which is 35% smaller than the company’s RelayX model.
While RelayM is compact, it still integrates critical communication, panic and location awareness into a single, simplified device. A new integrated screen provides instant visibility into channel, connectivity and battery status.
Like its predecessor, RelayM maintains three active connections simultaneously at all times, including WiFi 6E plus 5G dual cellular connections. To ensure the strongest and most reliable connectivity, it monitors the signal of each network 50 times per second to automatically select the strongest network. It has a backup for the backup, and virtually eliminates communication dead spots.
RelayM also includes the TeamTranslate feature. This AI-powered live translation supports more than 30 languages, enabling instant voice translation with the push of a button without separate apps or devices.
Allbridge launches Skyway with Allbridge Intelligence
Allbridge has launched Skyway with Allbridge Intelligence, the latest iteration of its proprietary technology management platform.
The enhanced version of the Skyway application provides hospitality, multifamily and senior living property managers with an easier way to monitor and maintain their property’s technology from a single portal, driving operational efficiency and improved guest experience.
The Skyway platform features a suite of tools for functions such as real-time monitoring of WiFi, video and access systems, customized splash pages, building control and conference management. The new release introduces an easy-to-use single-pane-of-glass style portal, which makes the entire platform intuitive and usable by non-specialist hotel employees.
The addition of Allbridge Intelligence gives Skyway the capability to initiate fixes proactively without the need to generate a support ticket. Skyway integrates with a wide range of technologies and leverages multiple inputs, including data logs, customer feedback and historical data collected over many years from thousands of properties to enhance its performance and responsiveness.
UrVenue introduces UrResort
UrVenue has launched UrResort, a connected suite of solutions designed to help resort operators centralize and commercialize non-room inventory at scale. With an advanced distribution engine, UrResort connects experience inventory to both owned channels—like brand websites, booking engines and in-room kiosks—and third-party affiliates such as ResortPass and PlanADay. The result is a fully integrated platform that empowers operators to streamline operations, drive revenue and elevate the guest experience from pre-arrival through the on-property journey.
The core of the UrResort platform centralizes all resort experiences, from cabanas to activity rentals, into a single interface. It serves as the operational hub, housing key modules including Itinerary Builder & Manager, a dual-functionality tool that offers both a self-service interface for guests and a staff-facing backend; Group Itinerary Builder, which allows attendees to explore resort experiences and manage their event schedules through an interactive, personalized guest portal; and Venue Management System, which provides operators with tools to manage inventory, optimize yield and view live floorplans and reservations across all venues within a resort.
